TCA Charter / Bylaws / Policies

TCA Charter & Bylaws defines the structure / governing process and rules for operations. The structure is as below:

(1) TCA Charter is the base document which defines overall structure of TCA. This can only be modified by consent of 66% of the homeowners.

(2) TCA Bylaws: They define the governing process, election process and rules for operations. They can be modified by the majority vote of delegates.

(3) Architectural Design Guidelines or ACC Guidelines: They define the rules of constructions and house maintenance in Telfair. They can be modified by TCA Board. They are reviewed annually and based on suggestions of experts / management company and residents, they are modified as needed.

Residents will benefit by familiarizing themselves with these guidelines.
