Each month, 2 sets of documents are published, which are:

(1) Income / Expense statement - which provide the data about the month and Year to date income & expenses.

(2) Balance Sheet statement - which provides the financial data including cash in hand, investments, assets and liability. This also gives details of reserve funds of the association.
