Community has 2 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, 3 table tennis tables, 1 badminton play area, 1 Basketball court, 1 sand Volleyball court and numerous play areas for kids. Telfair also has 3 medium sized halls available for organizing community events and also available to residents on rent for private events. In addition, there is a gym available to residents.
